About

Who builds DYNK

DYNK is a non-custodial Solana wallet and utility token built to make self-custody usable by people who have never touched crypto — settling transactions for a flat 1¢ in roughly 400 milliseconds.

What we're building

Everyday payments are more expensive than they look. Consumers absorb an estimated 1.5–3% on every card transaction, merchants forfeit a share of every sale to fees they cannot negotiate, and cross-border remittances average well above 6% in total cost. Around 1.4 billion adults are excluded from formal financial services entirely.

Crypto was supposed to fix this and largely didn't — not because the settlement layer failed, but because the usability layer never arrived. Self-custody today demands fluency in seed phrases, gas fees, network selection and contract addresses, with unrecoverable consequences for a single mistake. A decade of effort has not produced a wallet an ordinary person can use as easily as a banking app.

DYNK is our attempt at that wallet. It settles directly on Solana for a flat $0.01 regardless of amount or distance, replaces seed phrases with social recovery, and runs an on-device AI agent — NKI — that handles the mechanics of gas, address formats and confirmations so the person using it doesn't have to. The wallet itself is held as a transferable NFT, so ownership is provable and portable rather than granted by a provider.

The full technical and economic design is published in the DYNK whitepaper.

Corporate structure

The DYNK corporate group is deliberately split across two jurisdictions, a separation adopted to provide legal clarity around digital-asset issuance and to align each function with an appropriate regulatory framework:

FunctionJurisdiction
Foundation & token-issuing entity Panama
Technology & operations United Arab Emirates

Counsel has been engaged in the United States, European Union, United Arab Emirates and Australia. The affiliated corporate group is referred to in the whitepaper as ENKI Enterprises.

How the token is positioned

DYNK is an SPL utility token on Solana with a hard-capped, immutable maximum supply of 21,000,000, enforced by smart contract. It provides access to network functions: settlement, in-app exchange and swaps, governance participation, commerce in the in-app shop, and agentic payments.

DYNK is not an investment product. The token does not confer ownership, equity, dividend, revenue-share or profit-sharing rights, and holding it does not represent an investment in DYNK, ENKI Enterprises or any affiliated entity. There has been no presale, ICO, or other pre-launch capital raise through the distribution of DYNK tokens or associated NFTs. No return, yield or financial gain is promised or implied. Regulatory treatment of digital assets continues to evolve and differs between jurisdictions; no assurance can be given that any regulator or court will agree with this characterisation. Obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice before acquiring or transacting in DYNK.

Governance

The network's foundation is 2,100 Founder Wallets. Founder Wallets holding 10,000 DYNK can create and vote on proposals that shape the protocol's direction. These are not a team reserve or an insider grant: every Founder Wallet is acquired at full value, at or above the pre-distribution floor of US$1.00 per DYNK, so the founding allocation represents capital paid into the network rather than supply taken from later participants.

Security

The token and its supporting network logic are governed by immutable smart contracts deployed on Solana, such that no party — including the corporate group — can alter the token's parameters after deployment. Each contract is published on-chain and independently verifiable. Prior to mainnet release, every contract undergoes independent third-party security auditing, and the application and supporting infrastructure are subject to penetration testing by qualified external firms.

DYNK is non-custodial: private keys are generated on your device and we cannot access, freeze or move your funds. What that means in practice — including what we can and cannot do if you lose access — is set out in what a non-custodial wallet actually is.

Current status

DYNK is pre-launch. The wallet is in active development and the apps are not yet available in the App Store or Google Play. Data sovereignty features and governance are on the roadmap rather than shipped — the whitepaper sets out the phased timeline. We publish what is built and what is planned as two separate things, on this site and everywhere else.
